A day in the life of a Surrey Personal Trainer

If you’re wondering what type of DMs Mr. Ben Coleman usually gets, then wonder no more…

I’m about to spill the beans…

“Hey Ben, what’s the fastest way to lose weight?”

“Hey Ben, what’s the best diet for gaining muscle?”

“Hey Ben, what’s the top workout for fat loss?”

Most of the questions come down to weight loss, muscle building, healthy living, etc…

I mean I am a fitness coach after all…

And after working with hundreds of clients in helping them to achieve these very goals I noticed it usually comes down to one simple mindset shift…

It’s not about spending hours in the gym, following restrictive diets, and popping supplement pills every morning…

If it was, everyone would be walking around sporting a bulging six-pack…

So what’s the secret sauce?

Well, it’s actually quite simple, almost as simple as taking a shower…

Let me break it down, everything in life is a tool to help you achieve something…

A comfy bed is used to get a good night’s sleep…

A pair of shoes is used to go for a relaxing walk…

A shower is used to clean your body when it’s dirty…

And a workout plan is used to get you the body of your dreams…

And here’s where it gets interesting…

You don’t go to sleep for a few weeks and expect to be rested for life…

The same way you don’t shower once and expect to be clean forever…

And this is where my discovery came from…

It’s not about fad diets, fitness gimmicks, or the long-lost secret promising to shave 4 inches off your waistline in 30 seconds flat…

It’s about sustainable lifestyle design over a consistent period of time…

The vast majority of people treat fitness like a destination, once they achieve x goal…

They’ll be satisfied and complete…

Unfortunately, that’s not the case, as you can see…

Your unique fitness goal is just like sleeping, showering, eating, reading, or watching TV

It’s not a final destination but a consistent process…

The only way to get there is to show up every day and get 1% better.

Same way if you miss a shower 3 days in a row you won’t stop washing yourself and go searching for a new unique solution 😉

Fitness works exactly the same, pick yourself up, dust off and go at it again.

That’s it from me today, hope this email got you thinking and you’re ready to go all in.

Until next time 🙂
