Back to school and back in shape.
It’s September already and the kids are back to school, so let’s get back in shape.
Summer holidays is a tough time for people when it comes to health, fitness and staying in shape.
Many of us have kids and families who are off school or work and need attention!
Trips away can also get in the way of our healthy lifestyles and disrupt our healthy routines.
Although they can benefit us in other ways, holidays come with excuses such as “There’s no point in starting to get back into shape now… I’m away next week” or “I’m just going to undo all the hard work on holiday so I may as well start when I’m back”
This means that getting back in shape is difficult to achieve for most in July and August.
But… September is here! We’re back to work and the kids are back to school. So let’s get back in shape and kick start our healthy lifestyles and routines once again.
It is of course a busy period for me. However, I do have a few spaces left for my face to face and also Zoom personal training.
