My top tip for January is to take a before picture of yourself. Begin your new diet and training regime then take another roughly 6 weeks later. This will allow you to see your progress in this time. You can then assess your strengths and weaknesses from both images and tweak your program accordingly for the next 6 weeks.
Things to keep in mind
– Take image same place everytime
– Take image same time of day (for lighting)
-Be as accurate as you can to give you the best idea of how far you’ve come in your training.
