Taking images before an intense fitness programme and/or diet regime is a fantastic way to document your progress. Taking monthly photographs of your body can not only help you to see where you have improved or where you might need to work on, but it can also be one of the biggest motivators to push yourself to the next goal and break through mental barriers!
