This section is about ways to burn fat. A common assumption is that to burn fat you need to sweat E.G. do cardio-vascular exercise. This isn’t completely wrong as increasing the heart rate to the correct % of ones Heart Rate Max HRM will burn calories/fat. However, the amount of calories one burns is not dependant on the rate or amount they sweat.
Another method and a often forgotten way of burning fat is to build muscle (Hypertrophy). Try adding in some hypertrophy training to your routine to increase muscle therefore decreasing the amount of body fat.
