Merry Christmas people!
Now the festive season is upon us, I thought I’d drop you a few cheeky tips to keep the belly fat at bay.
1) Christmas dinner is only on one day (technically)…so go mad that day but the rest of Dec/Jan think about making your own food before you go out for festive drinks. A hog roast/bratwurst and 5 stein beers is not a good combo!
2) When out for inevitable said festive drinks, try to stay away from wine and beer/cider. Drinking vodka lime soda or G&T’s is a leaner option.
3) If more xmas dinners are non negotiable then keep the turkey and veg and scrap to roasties and gravy. I know it’s Christmas, it’s once a year!! It’s yummy right?! but…nothing tastes better than looking good!
