WORKOUT 1 – ARMS
Here is your first workout of the week. For each exercise I have given the easy version and then the harder version. Give this a go in a circuit format. Let me know how you get on.
Press ups – 10 reps
Shoulder press – 10 reps
Tricep push ups – 10 reps
Step ups – 20 reps
REPEAT 3-5 times
