Gyms are almost open in the UK and for some, this is music to their ears. But for others this is neither here nor there.
Over this last year or so, through lockdown, there’s been a huge boom in the home training scene. This has been fantastic, as people are realising they don’t necessarily need an expensive gym membership or gym equipment to get their workout in. It also stops a fair few excuses why you can’t workout!
Having the knowledge to train using only bodyweight is what people tend to lack. They think that you can only get fit and strong by using gym equipment and in a gym environment.

So, to sum up… if you only work well in a gym environment then go for it! But if you’re on the fence, dislike gyms, short on cash and time but want to get fit, then i’m here to help.
