It’s been a little while since I posted a blog but I wanted to jump on briefly to let you know how I’ve given my clients, for the last 12 or so years, fantastic workouts without use of a gym!
We need to get away from this idea that we must pay for a gym membership that has the best equipment, pool, spa, cafe etc. Let’s be honest, how often do you use it?
If it’s goals you want to achieve, this can be done with minimal kit, space and time… and all from your garden, living room or park.
For the last 12 years I’ve been a mobile personal trainer based around the Surrey area. I visit client’s at their homes, gardens and nearby green areas. I bring everything to the session… including the banter!! hahah. But usually we tend to focus more on bodyweight and small bits of kit like the TRX or a kettlebell.
So guys, before you sign up for £140 month David Lloyd that you’ll never use… why not try it at home? what have you got to lose? Money is definitely not one!
