Today I’m going to teach you how to lose belly fat.

Today I wanted to answer the age-old question I get at least 10 times a week in my inbox.
“Ben, what’s the best way to lose stubborn belly fat.”
Well, let me start off by saying…
I used to be in the same boat trying to shave off those difficult last few kilos…
I remember the good old days doing hundreds of crunches, running every day…
At one point I even invested in one of those slimming belts.
Even though this was within the first few months of starting my fitness journey…
Still not my finest hour by any means.
There is a lesson in there though…
I avoided doing the research and learning the basics, this led me down the path of “quick fixes” and searching for “the best tips”
Deep down I knew there wasn’t a “quick fix” or “the best way” but for some reason, I was still stuck…
So knowing what I know now, here’s my advice…
You can’t spot reduce belly fat, the same way you can’t only burn the fat on your legs, arms, or wherever else…
Doing hundreds of crunches, buying a slimming belt, or not eating after 6 o clock won’t make a difference.
There’s no specific way to target the fat in that area only the muscle…
But let’s look at it from a different angle…
Would you rather just lose your belly fat and still stay the same person…
Or…
Get into the best shape of your life, feel happier, have more energy, and do all the other great things that come with being healthier.
If you prefer the latter, allow me to share my tops 3 tips to help you achieve that…
- You need to eat in a calorie deficit but make sure you’re still hitting your protein/fats/carbs for the day. A good way to figure out your cals is using an online calorie calculator.
- Exercise hit the gym, go for a run, start moving every day.
- Probably the most important tip I can give you is to trust the process and the journey you’re on.
Start acting like someone who is already in great shape and watch everything fall into place.
