Positive vibes

There’s a lot that can be done in one day, and a many of us fill that time with negativity and by dwelling on the bad. You’ve got 2 main choices when it comes to your thought process. Positive vibes OR negative vibes. If you’re constantly riding a negative train of thought, you may as well get a season ticket, coz you ain’t ever getting off! I’m not saying this is easy, but when you catch yourself stepping on the N train, try to make a conscious effort to twist your thoughts around to a positive.
