Some foods just go well with each other or seem to be irreplaceable and it is hard to find substitutes. For example, chips and mayo and spaghetti and bolognese! Even drinks such a coffee, hot chocolate and tea are a struggle to replace.
So here’s some alternatives to satisfy those cravings rather than give in and regret.
1)Instead of chips, make your own sweet potato wedges and use quark instead of mayo.
2) Replace spaghetti with courgettey and beef or lamb mince with turkey or quorn.
3) Consume green tea for a warm drink rather than a caffeine or sugary beverage.
Think outside the box!
