Here’s a few tips on shocking your body to break through plateaus!
1) Changing your sets from accenting weights to descending. E.g instead of completing 3 sets of ten – 10kg, 15kg then 25kg, try one warm up set, then start with your heaviest weight with lower reps, and work down the weight whilst increasing the reps.
2) Change the days of your muscle groups and order of exercises. This simple technique can help to push through barriers in your training programme.
3) Ensure you’re consuming a high carb and protein supplement within 15 mins of every workout. This will aid recovery and in turn help with your next workout.
