Staying in shape over Christmas can be done from the comfort of your own home.
You also don’t need much or any equipment for a decent workout…
Lockdown has definitely proved this.
Set yourself small targets to hit this Christmas.
for example 20-30 mins exercise 3-5 times per week.
And try to add 3000-5000 steps onto your daily average.
This way, you’ll enjoy your Christmas dinner and all the extra goodies over the holidays without feeling guilty.
Also… come the new year, it won’t be as tough getting back into your fitness routine 🙂
