As summer approaches, the heat creeps up on us which means the temptations do to. Ice creams, BBQ’s and alcohol are just a few of the naughties we like to indulge in when that summer sun comes to play.
Try to find healthier alternatives to these cheeky treats. Here’s a couple of easy ones for you.
– BBQ B.Y.O – Bring your own fish to a BBQ and cook in foil with fresh lemon.
– Frozen yog -Try home made frozen yoghurt and fresh fruit instead of ice cream.
– Beer and wine…not so fine! – Stay away from high calorie alcohol. Instead switch to vodka’s and gin’s on the rocks with soda water/tonic and a dashes of lemon/lime for taste.
