The flexitarian diet

Have read of the latest diet created by 37 researchers. It proposes to better our health and planet…but is it doable?
It’s no secret that our poor nutritional habits and sedentary lifestyles are having a detrimental effect on, not only our health, but also our planet. 
In an ideal world we would all adopt this new way of eating to better mankind. However, changing people’s behaviours overnight from consuming the mass produced, nutrient deficient fast food that we eat is much harder than you think. Over the 10 years of my personal training/nutritional advising career, i’ve found that implementing small changes with my clients over a longer period of time is most effective and also much more sustainable. Something that’s so radically different from how we eat now simply isn’t feasible short term.
