This post is brief but very important now summer is here and holidays are being booked.
Keep your food lean (low fat and low carbs), try to eat nutrient dense foods, high protein and vegetables.
Avoid saturated fats and trans fats but instead go for poly and mono unsaturated fats (Eggs, nuts, seeds, avocado etc).
Lean fish and meats are great grilled with coconut oil and roasted or fried veg such as broccoli and kale.
Get cooking and ripped for the summer months!
