1) Reduce your carbohydrate intake by half. This means foods like rice, pasta, potatoes and bread.
2) Consume foods such as fresh veg especially greens and lean proteins like fish, chicken and turkey. If you’re a vegetarian then quinoa, chic peas, tofu etc.
3) Allow at least two hours before going to bed after eating. Large portions of food won’t burn as efficiently whilst asleep.
