Ben Coleman is a fitness and nutrition expert and influencer.  Ben offers personal, group and online training along with nutritional advice to clients in his hometown of Surrey, as well as international clients by appointment.

Ben studied Fitness and Personal Training B.A (Hon) at Southampton university and specialise in: weight loss, strength, hypertrophy (muscle building), fitness rehabilitation, injury prevention, older adults, kettle bells, boxing, core stability, TRX, postural analysis, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, toning, nutrition and many more up to date forms of training.

Not local to me? Don’t worry, I now offer virtual personal training sessions via Zoom and FaceTime from anywhere around the world.

One thing lockdown has taught us is that we don’t need expensive gym memberships or health clubs to get our workout fix. Training at home has never been so popular. It’s safe, convenient & effective.

What a service! I love the way Ben trains and I’d hoped to have him as my trainer. The problem is that I am in California :(. But when Ben announced he offers Zoom personal training sessions I had to jump on it! It’s like having him in my living room. He gives you a thorough consultation to begin with, which covers goals, diet, medical, likes & dislikes and most of all he really gets to know you on a personal level. He is there every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (or Fri-yay as he calls it) for me and you have his full attention. Great workouts, great clear instructions and demonstrations, and fantastic ongoing support with diet plans, calories and everything I need to get to my goals. Best trainer ever!

Ben has been an absolute delight to train with. What started off as banter over Instagram and the excitement to watch... whenever he posted some new video online has turned into the most incredible personal training experience. I am yet to meet Ben in person (although it feels we’ve known him for years) since my mum and I met him during the pandemic. He was very accommodating and from the very outset was ready to go the extra mile to suit our needs and goals. We’ve been training with Ben over Zoom for months and our personal training sessions are always the most entertaining and packed with energy. During this current lockdown I found Ben Coleman Fitness to pull me off the sofa and get me motivated with his 1 2 1... Zoom sessions. Ive been training with Ben from the beginning of lockdown and I can't get enough. The only thing I can't wait for is for lockdown to end, so I get to meet and train with him in real life. I’ve been training with Ben for a year now. My body is in the best shape it’s ever been! I met Ben through the gym at work where he taught the kettle bell class. His classes are great!! I was a complete... beginner when I started and he made me feel completely welcome and took the time to show exercises properly! He also offered different workouts for when I couldn’t make class! I hired Ben shortly after I gave birth to my second child and he has been brilliant! He caters sessions to your own... skills and abilities.
